Finding Spain’s solar farms in satellite imagery

Spain’s solar registries run a year or more behind what is being built, and the public sources disagree on how much is there and where. I built a pipeline in Microsoft Fabric that reads Sentinel-2 imagery from Planetary Computer, runs a segmentation model over it and checks the result against the registries. The inventory holds at least 4,855 solar sites in one table, sends the 775 where sources disagree to a review queue, and has a map agent you can ask what is declared versus what is there.

AVA, an AI avatar for patients on the hip and knee ward

Live in Sittard-Geleen since April 2026. Patients talk to an avatar that looks like the ward’s nurses and answers what they ask all day, from visiting hours to whether they may get out of bed. Questions that need a nurse go to a nurse.

INDICATE, connecting intensive care data across Europe

Around 30 partners in ten countries, one federated network: the data stays inside each hospital and the analysis travels to it. I work across the stack of the platform researchers use and own its end-to-end tests.
